We often think that people who are good with words are effective communicator, but as a polyglot, I have to disagree with the entire statement.
You see, I learnt my so-called mother tongue not as a first language but as a second language. I’ve always known this since childhood. My first language is my vision.
That’s why people have it difficult to understand a new language, but if they’d remembered the way they learnt their first language, they’d probably find it a lot easier.
